A simple and refreshing 3-ingredient Brazilian Mounjaro drink that supports weight loss, digestion, and hydration naturally.
Ingredients

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
8–10 oz warm or room temperature filtered water
Optional: pinch of cayenne or fresh ginger
Instructions
1. Add apple cider vinegar to a glass.
2. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
3. Pour in filtered water.
4. Stir well.
5. Drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach.
Notes
Use a straw to minimize impact on tooth enamel.
For variety, add grated ginger or a pinch of cayenne.
Can be prepared up to 3 days in advance and refrigerated.
