- 1 tsp Ginger (Grated)
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch (Mixed with 2 tbsp water for thickening)

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot. Add onions, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken and corn kernels. Stir for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add the cornstarch slurry and stir continuously until the soup thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
