This Cookie Monster Ice Cream is a fun, no-churn dessert loaded with cookie dough, crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, and bright blue color. It’s kid-friendly, easy to make, and perfect for parties or summer treats.
Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp blue gel food coloring
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
20 Oreos, chopped
15 Chips Ahoy cookies, chopped
Instructions
1. Whip the cream with vanilla extract and blue food coloring until stiff peaks form.
2. Add sweetened condensed milk and beat on low until combined.
3. Fold in chopped Oreos and Chips Ahoy cookies.
4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and smooth the top.
5. Top with extra cookie pieces, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Notes
Use gel food coloring for a vibrant color without affecting texture.
Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping.
Store tightly covered in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
