Ingredients
<p>4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts</p>
<p>Salt and black pepper, to taste</p>
<p>1 tsp garlic powder</p>
<p>1 tsp onion powder</p>
<p>1 tsp paprika</p>
<p>6 slices thick-cut bacon</p>
<p>1 ½ cups sliced mushrooms</p>
<p>2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese</p>
<p>¾ cup honey mustard (homemade or store-bought)</p>
Instructions
<p>1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).</p>
<p>2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.</p>
<p>3. Cook bacon until crispy. Set aside on paper towels.</p>
<p>4. Sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side in bacon drippings.</p>
<p>5. Sauté mushrooms in remaining grease until soft.</p>
<p>6. Place chicken in baking dish, spread honey mustard on top.</p>
<p>7. Add mushrooms, then bacon, then cheese.</p>
<p>8. Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes until cheese bubbles and chicken is cooked.</p>
