Description
A crispy, golden honey butter chicken biscuit you can enjoy any time of day. This homemade version is quick, satisfying, and way better than fast food.
Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
1 cup buttermilk (for marinade)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
4 buttermilk biscuits (homemade or canned)
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
Instructions
Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
Mix flour with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dredge chicken in flour and fry until golden and cooked.
Bake biscuits according to package or recipe.
Melt butter and stir in honey for sauce.
Assemble biscuit with chicken and honey butter.
Notes
You can use air-fryer chicken to cut calories.
Add pickles, cheese, or hot honey for variation.
Store leftovers separately and reassemble when reheating.
