Smoothie Base

  • 1 tbsp matcha powder (high-quality culinary grade)
  • 1 cup spinach (fresh)
  • 1 medium banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add spinach and almond milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add matcha powder, frozen banana, and honey (if using). Blend again until creamy.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a sprinkle of matcha powder.

Notes
