Description
This Oreo ice cream cake is a no-bake dessert with creamy vanilla ice cream, crushed Oreos, and layers of whipped topping—perfect for any celebration.
Ingredients
24 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 cup melted butter
1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream (softened)
1 cup whipped topping
1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce
Instructions
Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter.
Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
Spread half the softened vanilla ice cream over the crust and freeze for 30 minutes.
Add a layer of fudge sauce and Oreo crumbs, then top with the rest of the ice cream.
Freeze for at least 4 hours. Top with whipped cream and Oreo crumbles before serving.
Notes
Let the cake sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing. Store in freezer wrapped tightly for up to 7 days.
