Homemade Salsa

  • 4 tomatoes (Fresh, diced)

  • 1 jalapeño (Diced, adjust for spice level)
  • 1 lime (Juiced)

  2. Thinly slice potatoes using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife.
  3. Rinse the slices under cold water to remove excess starch, then pat dry with paper towels.
  4. If baking, spread slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway.
  5. If frying, heat oil in a deep fryer and fry in batches until golden. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Season chips with salt and desired spices.
  7. For salsa, mix tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  8. Serve fresh salsa alongside crispy potato chips.
