Homemade Potato Chips

Homemade Salsa
- 4 tomatoes (Fresh, diced)
- 1 small onion (Finely chopped)
- 1 jalapeño (Diced, adjust for spice level)
- 1 lime (Juiced)
- cilantro (Chopped, optional)
- salt and pepper (To taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking, or prepare a deep fryer if frying.
- Thinly slice potatoes using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife.
- Rinse the slices under cold water to remove excess starch, then pat dry with paper towels.
- If baking, spread slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway.
- If frying, heat oil in a deep fryer and fry in batches until golden. Drain on paper towels.
- Season chips with salt and desired spices.
- For salsa, mix tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Serve fresh salsa alongside crispy potato chips.
