Description

A creamy, comforting Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte made with real pumpkin, chai tea, warm spices, and maple syrup. Ready in 10 minutes and customizable for any diet.


Ingredients

Scale

1 tea bag spiced chai (or decaf chai)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 tbsp pumpkin purée
1 tbsp maple syrup
¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
½ tsp arrowroot starch or cornstarch (optional)
Whipped cream, cinnamon stick, or star anise (optional garnish)


Instructions

1. Bring ½ cup water to a gentle boil.
2. Add tea bag and steep for 4–5 minutes. Squeeze bag to extract flavor.
3. Whisk in almond milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, spice, vanilla, salt, and optional starch.
4. Blend until frothy and smooth (or use immersion blender).
5. Return to pan to reheat gently.
6. Pour into mug and garnish if desired.

Notes

Adjust sweetener to taste.
Use oat, soy, or dairy milk as preferred.
Rooibos chai makes a great caffeine-free version.
