1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 cup cream
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, eggs, and cream.
3. Pour into pie crust.
4. Bake for 45–50 minutes.
5. Cool and serve with whipped cream.
Notes
You can substitute pumpkin with sweet potato.
Make it ahead to free up oven space.
