Preparation
- Mix together the almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Stir in 1/4 cup of chocolate chips until everything is well combined.
- Line a small baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper, then pour the cookie dough mixture on top. Use your hands to spread and flatten it into a large sheet of cookie dough bark.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the remaining 3/4 cup of chocolate chips. Once melted, pour the chocolate over the cookie dough bark, spreading it into an even layer.
- Place the bark in the freezer for at least one hour to set.
- When it’s ready, take it out and either cut or break it into large pieces. Enjoy immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. To enjoy, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes.
