Method
- Rinse and thoroughly dry the cauliflower florets.
- Whisk flour, cornstarch, and spices in a bowl. Add water and mix until smooth.
- Toss florets in batter to coat evenly.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Lightly grease the basket and place florets in a single layer.
- Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Mix buffalo sauce with melted butter. Toss cauliflower in half of the sauce and return to air fryer for 2 minutes.
- Toss with remaining sauce and serve hot.
- Keto Version: Toss dry cauliflower florets with oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway. Toss with warm buffalo sauce before serving.
Notes
Oven option: Bake at 425°F for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, then toss with sauce and bake 5 more minutes. To cook from frozen (no breading only): Air fry at 390°F for 12–14 minutes. Cauliflower won’t be as crispy as fresh.
