  • 1 slice slice of cheese (American, cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite) Sliced cheese melts quickly, but shredded works too
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Take your slice of bread and place it on a flat surface.
Creating the Base
  1. Use your thumb to make a slight indent in the center of the bread.
Adding the Egg
  1. Carefully crack the egg into the indent.
  2. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper as desired.
Layering with Cheese
  1. Place the slice of cheese on top of the egg.
Air Frying
  1. Place the bread carefully in the air fryer basket and cook for about 6-8 minutes.
  2. Keep an eye on it; cooking times can vary slightly based on your air fryer model.
Finishing Touches
  1. Once done, remove from the air fryer and add your sliced avocado, baby spinach, and a drizzle of hot sauce.
  2. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and everything bagel seasoning for an extra flavor boost.
