Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares, approximately 2.5 to 3 inches wide.
- Place a piece of mozzarella cheese and a piece of pepperoni on each square.
- Fold the dough over to make a pocket and pinch the edges to seal.
Cooking
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the pizza rolls in a single layer.
- Spray the tops with a little olive oil and season with Italian herbs or garlic powder.
- Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve these warm with a small bowl of marinara or ranch for dipping. To store, keep cooled rolls in an airtight container for up to 3 days, and reheat in the air fryer. You can also freeze both cooked and uncooked rolls for later use.
