  • 8 ounces spaghetti Cook according to package instructions.
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Can replace with cheddar for a bolder flavor.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained Can be substituted with jarred marinara sauce for a sauce-laden version.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stir in the cooked spaghetti until fully coated with the sauce.
  5. Transfer the spaghetti mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

This casserole pairs well with a fresh side salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat at 300°F until warmed through.
