Ingredients
  

For the experiment
  • 2-3 tablespoons Baking soda Adjust based on desired fizz
  • 1 cup Vinegar Different types of vinegar can change the experience
  • a few drops Food coloring (optional) Choose your favorite colors for a vibrant display
  • A container or tray Use clear containers for visual effects
  • Safety goggles (optional) Recommended for safety when working with kids

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a container or tray, add 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda.
  2. If desired, add a few drops of food coloring to the baking soda.
  3. Pour vinegar over the baking soda and watch the fizzy reaction!
  4. For more fun, repeat the process with additional baking soda and vinegar.

Notes

Always supervise younger kids while they are conducting the experiment. Clean your workspace afterwards to avoid sticky patches.
