Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 2-3 tablespoons baking soda Add to each small container.
  • to taste ml vinegar (white or apple cider) Pour over the baking soda.
  • as needed drops various food coloring The more colors, the better the show.
  • 4-6 pieces small containers or cups For holding baking soda and vinegar.
  • 1 piece tray or baking sheet To set the containers on.
  • 1 piece spoon or dropper For pouring vinegar.

Method
 

Setup
  1. Place small containers on a tray and add 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda into each.
  2. Add a few drops of food coloring directly onto the baking soda.
Create Fireworks
  1. Pour vinegar over the baking soda using a spoon or dropper and watch the fizzing reaction unfold.
  2. Enjoy the colorful show, cheering on the eruptions, and be prepared for possible overflow.

Notes

Best enjoyed outdoors or over a surface that’s easy to clean, as the activity can get messy. Control the fizzing effect by using a dropper.
