Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Set up a protected surface, like a tray or baking sheet, to catch any spills.
  2. Pour about 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda into each small cup or container.
  3. Add 5-10 drops of food coloring to each container with baking soda.
  4. Carefully pour vinegar into each cup and watch the reaction as it fizzes and bubbles.
  5. Step back and enjoy the fireworks display!

Notes

This activity is best as a family project or playdate. Feel free to prepare baking soda and food coloring mixtures in advance.
