  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Can substitute with lime or orange juice.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C).
  2. Peel the bananas and slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).
  3. Place the banana slices in a bowl and toss them with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  4. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 2-3 hours, flipping halfway through, until the chips are dried and crispy.
  2. Allow to cool before enjoying.

Notes

Store banana chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze them in a freezer-safe bag for a couple of months. Keep an eye on them in the last half hour of baking to ensure they don't burn.
