Preparation
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.
- Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
Cooking
- Grill the skewers for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Remove from the grill and brush with some of the bang bang sauce.
- Serve with the remaining sauce for dipping.
Notes
Make sure your chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F for safety. For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the bang bang sauce for an hour before grilling. Experiment with different sauces like honey mustard or teriyaki.
