Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha Adjust to taste for spiciness.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
For Assembly
  • pieces Skewers (wooden or metal) If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before grilling.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.
  3. Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper.
  4. Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
Cooking
  1. Grill the skewers for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  2. Remove from the grill and brush with some of the bang bang sauce.
  3. Serve with the remaining sauce for dipping.

Notes

Make sure your chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F for safety. For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the bang bang sauce for an hour before grilling. Experiment with different sauces like honey mustard or teriyaki.
