  • 1 packet Bear Creek Cheddar Broccoli Soup mix
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
For Loaded Potato Soup
  • 1 packet Bear Creek Potato and Bacon Soup mix
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 strips of crispy bacon, crumbled
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
For Tortilla Soup Tacos
  • 1 packet Bear Creek Tortilla Soup mix
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup canned black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • to taste tortillas Soft tortillas for serving
  • to taste shredded cheese, diced avocado, salsa Optional toppings

Method
 

Cheddar Broccoli Soup Casserole Preparation
  1. Prepare the Cheddar Broccoli Soup as directed on the package.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, and soup.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese and breadcrumbs evenly on top.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the topping is golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with a side salad or garlic bread.
Loaded Potato Soup Preparation
  1. Prepare the Potato and Bacon Soup as directed.
  2. Serve the soup in bowls and let each person customize their toppings.
  3. Add a dollop of sour cream, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and top with crumbled bacon and green onions.
