Cooking Steps
  1. In a skillet, cook the chopped onion until translucent.
  2. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.

  4. Sprinkle the flour over the beef mixture and stir well to combine.
  5. Slowly add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring continuously until the gravy thickens.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat on the stove over low heat; add a splash of beef broth if needed. You can also freeze portions for later use.
