- In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, salt, all-purpose flour, and cornstarch. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into small balls.
- Carefully drop the balls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown. Remove them and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Creating the Sauce
- In another pan, heat a little oil. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the fried manchurian balls to the sauce and toss gently to coat.
- Garnish with spring onions before serving. Serve hot.
