  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust to taste for spice level

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add onions, garlic, and bell peppers; sauté until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Slice the chicken and add it back to the skillet.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce, ensuring everything is well coated.
  7. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove, adding a splash more cream if needed.
