  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 pieces brioche buns Can use gluten-free buns.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Substitute with your favorite melting cheese.
  • 1/2 cup milk or cream

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground chicken until browned.
  2. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic, cooking until the vegetables are softened.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. In a separate saucepan, heat the milk or cream, then add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Toast the brioche buns, then pile the chicken mixture on top. Drizzle with cheddar cheese sauce before serving.

Notes

Don't overcook the chicken; aim for moist, juicy meat. For added heat, consider diced jalapeƱos or a splash of hot sauce. This recipe is great for meal prep or parties.
