- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated with the seasonings.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden and fully cooked through. Once done, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Lay the tortillas out on a flat surface and spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each one.
- Evenly distribute the cooked chicken on top of each tortilla, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling, creating a wrap. In the same non-stick pan, grill the folded wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the pan, cut each wrap in half, garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispy wraps, use a little more olive oil in the pan while grilling. If you're in a hurry, precooked chicken, like rotisserie chicken, can save you time.
