Cooking Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper and cook until no longer pink, about 5–7 minutes.
- Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy.
- Stir in the ranch dressing and cooked pasta, mixing until well combined.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheddar and Parmesan cheeses. Let sit for a few minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve warm.
Notes
To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To freeze, let cool completely before transferring to a freezer-safe container; it will stay good for up to 2 months.
