  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas Gluten-free option.
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped for topping.
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro Chopped for topping; can be swapped for parsley.
  • 1 medium Lime For squeezing over tacos.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For marinating chicken.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for marinade.
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin For seasoning.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill the marinated chicken until cooked through.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas on a skillet until soft.
  4. Slice the grilled chicken and place it in the tortillas.
  5. Top with chopped onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your tacos!

Notes

Best paired with Mexican rice and black beans. Add salsa, avocado, or feta cheese for extra flavor. Leftovers can be stored in separate containers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
