- Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler. Stir until smooth and nicely combined.
- Lay the fresh blueberries on a sheet of baking paper.
- Using a fork or spoon, cover each blueberry with the melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens, then enjoy your treats!
Notes
