Preparation

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained corn, creamed corn, Jiffy cornbread mix, sour cream, melted butter, and shredded cheese (if using).

Baking
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
