  • 4 cloves garlic, minced fresh or pre-minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream can substitute with half-and-half for a lighter option
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese ensure it is gluten-free if necessary
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
  3. Stir in the parmesan cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
Finishing Touches
  1. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it in the sauce.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm gently in a skillet over low heat. Can freeze for up to 3 months.
