Preparation
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
Making the Sauce
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
Finishing Touches
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm gently in a skillet over low heat. Can freeze for up to 3 months.
