  • 1/2 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Optional, for serving.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add cooked gnocchi to the skillet, gently tossing to combine.
  6. Crumble feta cheese over the top, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
  7. Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
