Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cauliflower rice, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
