  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Replace with gluten-free flour if desired.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray To prevent sticking.
  • Dipping sauces (optional) Suggestions include buffalo sauce, ranch, or BBQ.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken wing in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the chicken wings in a single layer in the basket.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
  2. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for a few minutes to restore crispness.
