  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Dry Rub
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper Adjust for a milder flavor
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the dry rub ingredients: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in the bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly with the dry rub.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the wings are crispy and cooked through, flipping them halfway through.
  2. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Notes

For storage, allow the wings to cool completely, then store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days. They can also be frozen for up to three months. Reheat in an oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-25 minutes.
