Prepare Cheesecake Filling
- Blend softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Assemble the Xango
- Place the cheesecake filling in the center of a tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla tightly like a burrito and secure it with a toothpick.
Frying
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to around 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the filled tortillas until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels, then dust with cinnamon sugar while still warm.
Baking Option
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush tortillas with melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Notes
