- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, chop the hard-boiled eggs and add them to the bowl.
- Add the cooked macaroni, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, diced celery, diced red onion, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
Notes
