For the Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Everything bagel seasoning Can be store-bought or homemade.
Optional Toppings
  • 2 large Eggs Cooked to preference (poached, fried, or scrambled).
  • 4 ounces Smoked salmon For a gourmet twist.
  • 2 tablespoons Feta cheese For creaminess.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toast the bread using your preferred method until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  3. Add a squeeze of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and mash with a fork or leave sliced.
Assembly
  1. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over each slice of toast.
  2. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning evenly on top.
  3. Add optional toppings like eggs, smoked salmon, feta, or tomatoes as desired.

Notes

To prevent browning of the avocado, use lemon juice and store in an airtight container if making ahead of time.
