  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt Substitute with dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option.
  • 1 cup mixed berries Use fresh or frozen, or swap for your favorite fruits.
  • 1 cup granola Try a nut-free granola if allergies are a concern.
  • to taste honey or maple syrup For sweetness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry your jars. Adjust layer sizes based on jar size.
  2. Layer yogurt at the bottom of each jar, about 1/3 full.
  3. Spoon in a layer of mixed berries, mashing them for extra flavor if desired.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
  5. Continue layering until jars are full, finishing with berries on top.
  6. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve chilled.

Notes

Firework in a Jar is great on its own, but can be enhanced with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days, but it's best enjoyed fresh.
