Ingredients
  

For the Fireworks
  • 1 jar Clear jar or glass Any clear container will work.
  • water Water Fill the jar with water.
  • a few tablespoons Vegetable oil Can substitute with canola oil.
  • various Food coloring Use any colors you prefer.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Fill a clear jar or glass with water.
  2. In a separate container, mix food coloring with a few tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  3. Drop the oil and food coloring mixture into the water and observe the 'fireworks' effect as the colors disperse.

Notes

For brighter colors, use more food coloring, and have fun experimenting with different ratios of oil to food coloring. Try using different container shapes for unique visual effects.
