  1. Spread the sugar evenly across a shallow plate or tray.
  2. Use a dropper, spoon, or squeeze bottle to add drops of food coloring across the sugar.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the baking soda with warm water until it’s fully dissolved.
  4. Gently spoon the baking soda mixture over random spots on the sugar.
  5. Slowly drizzle vinegar over the colorful areas and watch the fizzing, swirling colors come to life.
  6. For an extra touch, sprinkle glitter or edible shimmer on top to make it even more magical.
