Preparation and Freezing
- Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and sea salt in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the tray.
- Add chocolate chips or drizzle melted chocolate if desired.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Best stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month. Let them sit out for a minute or two before enjoying as they may be a bit firm straight from the freezer.
