Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano. Stir until well-mixed.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken, making sure they’re all nicely coated.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Once done, remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color!
Notes
For best results, let the chicken come to room temperature before cooking. Don't skip resting after baking to keep the juices in.
