  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme Can substitute with Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano Can substitute with Italian seasoning
  • 1 stalk fresh parsley For garnish, use before serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano. Stir until well-mixed.
  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken, making sure they’re all nicely coated.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  2. Once done, remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color!

Notes

For best results, let the chicken come to room temperature before cooking. Don't skip resting after baking to keep the juices in.
