  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Flip the fillets and drizzle with lemon juice.
  6. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the salmon and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

If using frozen salmon, ensure it's completely thawed before cooking. To enhance flavors, add a splash of white wine to the butter while sautéing the garlic. For quicker preparation, garlic powder can be used instead of fresh garlic.
