Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey until well blended.
- Chop your choice of fruit into small pieces.
- Fold the fruit into the yogurt mixture.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help release the popsicles.
Notes
These popsicles are a healthy treat on their own or can be dressed up with fresh fruit slices or a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Store leftovers wrapped in plastic wrap in the freezer for up to a month.
