  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Use full-fat for creamier texture.
  • 1/4 cup Honey Can substitute with maple syrup or agave syrup.
  • 2 cups Fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, or mango) Fresh is best, but frozen will work too if thawed and chopped.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey until well blended.
  2. Chop your choice of fruit into small pieces.
  3. Fold the fruit into the yogurt mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help release the popsicles.

Notes

These popsicles are a healthy treat on their own or can be dressed up with fresh fruit slices or a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Store leftovers wrapped in plastic wrap in the freezer for up to a month.
