Cooking

- Add scallops to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they are golden brown.
- In a separate pan, cook the grouper fillets until flaky and fully cooked, approximately 4-5 minutes per side.
- Heat crab cakes in the oven or on a skillet until golden.
Serving
- Plate the shrimp, scallops, grouper, and crab cakes together for a beautiful presentation.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the seafood before serving.
