  • 4 tbsp fine salt or kosher salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika sweet or smoked
  • 0.5 tsp white pepper
  • 0.5 tsp MSG or yeast extract powder optional

Method
 

  1. Add all the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk until everything is well combined.
  3. Pass the mixture through a fine sieve to remove clumps and achieve a smooth, even blend.
  4. Taste a small pinch and adjust if needed by adding more garlic, paprika, or salt.
  5. Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
