Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Layer seasoned beef and diced veggies on top of the chips.
- Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the top.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with avocado and a drizzle of lime sour cream.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

Be sure not to let the cheese brown too much; it’s all about that gooey goodness! These nachos are best served warm right from the oven.
