  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cooked and shredded Feel free to use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) You can swap with your favorite cheese variety.
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large lettuce leaves or low carb wraps
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add shredded chicken and garlic powder; season with salt and pepper. Mix well and cook until heated through.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
  4. Lay lettuce leaves or wraps out on a plate, placing the cheesy chicken mixture in the center.
  5. Add optional toppings, wrap them up, and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftover cheesy chicken filling in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For freezing, place in freezer-safe bags and thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating.
