Method
- Cook the tofu with turmeric, salt, and pepper in a skillet until golden.
- Stir in the lentils, greens, and nutritional yeast. Sauté until the greens are wilted.
- Portion into glass jars and refrigerate for up to four days.
Notes
Each jar contains approximately 22 grams of protein. Can be reheated in the jar for convenience.
